-All fees already included;
-Daily rates include breakfast served in the restaurant and 01 parking space;
-Free WiFi throughout the hotel;
-Free mineral water on check-in day;
-Daily rates start at 2pm and end at noon (12pm);
-Rates correspond to the occupancy of up to 2 people in the apartment;
-Each extra person is charged a 30% rate on the daily rate;
-Free of charge for 02 children up to 10 years old in the same apartment as their parents;
-It is necessary that all children and teenagers present their identity documents (RG) or birth certificate at check-in;
-All accommodations accommodate up to 04 people, with the exception of the Standard category;
-Payment on Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Dinners and Elo cards. Values above R$ 600.00 may be paid in 3 installments without interest;
-The Mar Brasil Hotel accepts pets, as long as some precautions and prerequisites are met, which aim, above all, to preserve the coexistence with other guests. Please consult details via e-mail: reservas@marbrasilhotel.com.br
