Breakfast

A smell of coffee, the sun warming the garden, the song of the birds searching for crumbs here and there. This is how the day begins at Casa Di Vina: a breakfast that is a real stretching out, a time just for you. 

Our buffet is served in the house of the poet Vinicius de Moraes and count with islands of artisan breads, croissants, bruschettas, wafles, cheese bread and the famous pão delícia baiano (delicious bread from Bahia), fresh jams, cheeses and cold cuts are available for those who love to make sandwiches. 

In our healthy corner, we prepare daily a colorful fruit salad, detox juice, pesto, hummus, and almond milk. On the other side of the buffet, a table of homemade cakes made by our pastry chef brightens the morning for sweet lovers. On the hot trail, northeastern delicacies like coalho cheese, yams, cassava, couscous and sun-dried meat, as well as poached eggs upon your request. A warm tapioca freshly made completes this party of smells and flavors.
